  We discovered 9-1 Plumb after getting an outlandish estimate for a repair from another company we’d been using, who also couldn’t get us on the schedule to complete the work for three weeks. Based on their reviews, we decided to call 9-1 for another estimate. I’m glad we did. Lisa and office staff were friendly and professional, and kept me meticulously updated on arrival times by phone and text. Pricing is above board, transparent and fair. The pricing for various services is documented in a binder, which I really appreciated. Michael proved to be top notch at diagnosing the problem quickly, giving you options for correction, explaining the scope of work and pricing. He suggested for a small correction he noticed to ward off another potential problem, which I also appreciated. Because of this, I ask for Michael for every job, and he does not disappoint. When it was time to repipe our home 5 months ago, I got quotes from multiple other companies, but again, chose 9-1 and Michael to do this project, because of the quality of the materials they use, the outstanding warranty, the process of explaining all parts of the job, and the assurance that I would receive the level of service and work I had experienced on smaller jobs in my home. Again, they did not disappoint. Thank you Michael and 9-1 Plumb for consistently excellent service, and for the effort you put into proving that you value your customers!

  Michael was very prompt and professional. Got the leak stopped. We have used him before and have always been satisfied. He took the time out at the end of the day to bring paperwork after hours so I could do my insurance claim with the faulty equipment. Very honest man. - Chris and Bridget S. - Silverhill

  Michael and Doug were life saving!! We had our main sewage pipe break while doing yard work. They immediately came out and the day. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, honest and humble. He saved me a ton of money! All around, great guys. Highly recommend!!

  I got lucky the first time I needed a plumber by dialing 9-1 plumb. Since then, they've serviced us for all of our needs, and on the drop of a time nearly every single time, at that! I can usually expect to have matters evaluated on the same day as calling, and having them totally addressed that day to within the same week. We have had leaky pipes fixed, installation of faucets and shower components, fixing of our kitchen waste disposal, and a water heater replaced so far. Mike is the best and keeps totally honest with you about prognosis, cost transparency, causative factors to issues, additional issues to anticipate, and DIY methods if things aren't too complicated in order to avoid costs (including difficulty level) and he even walks you through doing these things. The entire staff is friendly and I have been impressed with other plumbers and apprentices whose names I have since forgotten. Their experience is unparalleled. I will use them as long as I live in this area!
