  We went to this restaurant last night and the food was delicious. We got the tuna tower, chicken tenders, which were the best I’ve ever had, a pizza that had charbroiled edges, but was very very good, and the French dip burger, which was outstanding. The liquor and wine prices were a bit high, otherwise very pleased with everything. Service was very good. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed having The multiple TVs to be able to watch football games. We will definitely return and would recommend.

  My wife and I had a wonderful time. The upscale restaurant is clean, comfortable and attractive. The food was excellent and the service was equally as good. We finished our meal with the apple torte, which was absolutely amazing but the real treat of the evening was running into our friend Courtland. Courtland is a server who has become a valued friend over the years. He is what the hospitality industry is all about: gracious, attentive and genial. We hadn't seen him in a while so it was a pleasant surprise when he welcomed us. We will be back often to enjoy the delicious cuisine and visit with our friend. Well done Tavern 83!

  We had just moved to the area the day before we dined here. Were out running last minute late night errands. Hadn't eaten all day, whole family was starving, so we just looked up something near where we were shopping. Came across 83 Tavern and SO GLAD we decided to try it. Had no idea it was only their third day of being open. You'd never know. Quaint and cozy but cool. The food was amazing, everything we tried, apps and all. We're not big on tenders but these are awesome! Most importantly, though, the service was impeccable. Heather was our server and was super fun, very engaged, and gave great recommendations. She clearly new the menu well. We were greeted and seated immediately, and the manager stopped by during our meal just to check how everything was, but everyone that we interacted with was smiling, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there and enjoying being at work. Hard thing to find these days. You can get good food at a lot of places, especially around here, but you go out for service. Quality service is quickly, and sadly, becoming a thing of the past. Glad to see one restaurant that still has it's priorities right. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back and recommend.

  Really good vibe here. The food feels fresh and actually has some personality, not just the usual stuff you find everywhere. Service was super friendly without being over the top, which made it feel easy to just relax and enjoy. The space has a laid-back feel. You can come in with friends, family, or even solo and it works. Definitely not one of those places where everything feels forced. Overall, just solid food, cool people, and a spot I’d come back to without thinking twice!!!!

  Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was out of this world — every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with care and passion. You can really tell the owners and staff take pride in what they do. The atmosphere was inviting, the portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and perfectly cooked. If you’re looking for a new spot with amazing food and top-notch service, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!
