  Do not move here. Would rate a zero if I could. Dishwasher was broken since moving in, no one came to look at it until recently when they had to come look at my AC unit. I've been without central AC for two weeks now, they keep saying they're fixing it and don't. They gave me one window unit for my 3 bed 2 bath apartment. It is still 90 degrees. They refuse to give me any discount on rent despite me only having one livable room for half the month and my power bill being doubled as a result of the AC failure. Kids dump trash all over and it doesnt get picked up. There are giant roaches in the halls. Tenants have aggressive people over, had the cops wrestling someone right outside my door, and the cop cars blocked my car in for 30 minutes. People are constantly smoking outside, so you can't sit outside on your own balcony and get fresh air.

  The A/C was out for the entire month of August while I was nine months pregnant. I waited six months for a dishwasher that was never installed. There was mold in every window due to poor sealing. Plumbing was loud all day with very weak water pressure. Noise from the upstairs neighbor was constant.We even tried talking to her and her response was “whatever”. It woke up my children regularly, and even the neighbor below me could hear it.

  These apartments are listed under affordable income based and when I called to asked they seemed very passive aggressive when they told me they were not with no explanation
