    Love ...love this place!!..Been here for over 7 years. Such a great location...Our balcony is amazing. Really large rooms and very spacious...pet friendly too..and managment is very helpful!

    I have lived at 70 Part Street East since 1990 and love it here! The units are spacious and the building is kept clean. Recently the balconies have been renovated which are beautiful, such a wonderful upgrade to our building! I am steps away from transit and moments away from the lake and entertainment. I would recommend this building to future residents. Michelle

    Great location near Lake Ontario in lively Port Credit. Access to Go Train right out the back door is great for commuters. New upgraded balconies & railings have updated the look of the building. Great management.

    Have called this place home since 2011 The building is well maintained and onsite staff are amazing. The newly renovated units are modern and open with an airy feel to them. Situated in the heart of Port Credit with easy access to parks, shopping and transit is the perfect location to call home. Debbie
