  Horrible customer service. Stopped by a couple of days ago and was serviced by an employee named Sophia. She was extremely rude, swore at me, and judged me for what I ordered ( I could tell by her facial expressions). I'm extremely disappointed by the service here, I drove 20 mins from Lockport to come see what the hype about this place was and did not get the experience I hoped for. I hope she gets fired or written up for this. Do better 7 brew and watch who you hire.

  If you own a business you should be here fixing the problem and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Not replying to everyone’s concerns about wait times with the same copy and paste HR answer. No point of drive thru if it takes over 30 mins

  Popped over there today at 6:15 & they had cones up preventing myself & two other vehicles from entering their property. Advertised that they open at 5:30 but if the cones are out at 6:15, they’re losing out on an hour & 15 minutes of business. My wife & I love their energy drinks & were looking forward to sipping on them today on our 50 minute drive to work. Nope. Completely devastated our day not being able to partake in the drinks.

  Drinks are always great but management needs to figure out how to get the flow going. Nothing makes sense. There are 2 lanes but only one lane is getting orders taken before reaching the pick up area. I have never spent so long waiting & I could've just left but the coffee is really great. Won't be back to this location until I forget about the horrible service. Fool me once same on you, fool me twice shame on me.

  I rarely come here anymore because the drinks are often inconsistent or incorrect. After receiving a text promotion, I decided to give it another try. When I showed the coupon, the girl said she doesn’t always see them in her system and went to ask a team lead. She apologized, saying she wasn’t sure why it wasn’t showing and just stood there blankly as if I should offer her a solution. At that point, I was turned off and didn’t order. The situation was handled poorly — it would’ve been simple to honor the promotion or offer something comparable to make up for the inconvenience. I visit coffee shops often and don’t mind paying for good coffee and good service, but this place seems to lack both. The promotion honestly felt like a tactic just to get people in.
