7 Brew is a one-of-a-kind drive-thru concept that offers a fun and energetic vibe, along with a wide array of coffee beverages, infused energy drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies, teas, and milkshakes.
Drinks are always great but management needs to figure out how to get the flow going. Nothing makes sense. There are 2 lanes but only one lane is getting orders taken before reaching the pick up area. I have never spent so long waiting & I could've just left but the coffee is really great. Won't be back to this location until I forget about the horrible service. Fool me once same on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I rarely come here anymore because the drinks are often inconsistent or incorrect. After receiving a text promotion, I decided to give it another try. When I showed the coupon, the girl said she doesn’t always see them in her system and went to ask a team lead. She apologized, saying she wasn’t sure why it wasn’t showing and just stood there blankly as if I should offer her a solution. At that point, I was turned off and didn’t order. The situation was handled poorly — it would’ve been simple to honor the promotion or offer something comparable to make up for the inconvenience. I visit coffee shops often and don’t mind paying for good coffee and good service, but this place seems to lack both. The promotion honestly felt like a tactic just to get people in.

Coffee was outstanding. It went down so smooth. They have so many different flavors. Everything coffee or energy drink I've had there has not disappointed. Everything drink has tasted great. I travel a half hour just to have there coffee.

Super happy to have it near home. Drive Thru is always fast and friendly. Staff is accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The drinks are always made correctly for me but I’m not picky. I recommend stoping in for your next morning drink.

This was the second time my husband and I took the 30 minute drive out to 7Brew. I have been seeing the "witches brew dupe" all over tik tok and was dying to give it a try. The line was long, as it has been in the past, but this time we were moving at a snail's pace. By the time we got to the window we were waiting for about a total of 40 minutes.
The worker passing drinks off to the the car in front of us decided it would be a great time to have a full-blown conversation, all while our beverages were sitting outside in the hot weather, surrounded by the horrible amount of bees in the area. When we finally got to the pick up window the worker tried handing me two drinks that looked nothing like what we ordered. I said "I don't think these are ours" and she proceeded to ensure me that they were. I asked for her to double check and turns out she truly did not even know what we ordered in the first place. When she realized our drinks were the ones sitting outside she asked me if they looked correct to which I asked if the caramel was in the 7fizz drink I ordered. She said yes there was (spoiler alert: there wasn't). We ultimately decided it was not worth the wait to argue with the worker or go back around to get the drink remade-- we already spent way too much of our morning on this journey.
I am disappointed to see that so many other customers had similar experiences to mine. This is a classic case of "too many cooks in the kitchen". There are so many workers just standing around and socializing, and an obvious lack of proper management. This could be a great first/early career opportunity for all of the young people that work here, but the owners and managers need to take the time to make this a fruitful experience for their staff and their many customers.
