Everyone is always so nice when I come through the drive thru and I love the community connection and getting to talk with someone while I wait for my order. I can’t wait for the 46 location to open!

I tried 7Brew today for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I’ve been to every coffee shop in town, and this was by far the worst. The coffee was terrible — everyone in the car tried mine, and we all agreed it just wasn’t good. Definitely not a place I’ll be returning to.

I had never heard of 7brew until they came to Terre Haute, and I am completely addicted!! Best coffee and coffee choices ever. Bonus: there isn't just coffee, but other drinks like fizzes and smoothies! The staff is courteous and kind, and super efficient and helpful. They help me choose my drinks when I am not sure what I am in the mood for. What an amazing addition to our town!!!

When we first started coming here, everything was so well organized — the line moved quickly, everyone was friendly, and the drinks were consistent. A few weeks ago, I ordered a raspberry lemonade that was a light purple color, and it was so good. When I came back a few days later, the same drink was bright red. I asked about it and was told they have one syrup (the red) full-time, but the purple one is used as a substitute when they run out. Unfortunately, the red version just doesn’t taste good. When I asked if I could have the purple syrup again, the manager came out and rather rudely told me they couldn’t order it anymore. Honestly, if a substitute drink isn’t going to be available again, customers shouldn’t be given it as an option in the first place. Also, the younger staff members lately haven’t been as kind or attentive as before — several have been quite unpleasant, which is disappointing considering how great this place was when the trainers were here.
