  ordered two large drinks and they were rang in as mediums and when I asked to have them remade as large drinks, I was told that the manager no longer allows drink remiakes when drinks are messed up

  Might have been an off day… not sure. But my coffee taste nothing like what I ordered and my husband got a strawberry instead of orange creamsicle 😩😩😩 so disappointing since it’s like a 2 hour drive.

  A pleasant enough experience that many will enjoy more than I. I ordered two coffee based drinks on my visit, and found both to be way too sweet. The cinnamon bun coffee in a frappe style, the blended ice aspect of the drink was perfect, but by the time all the syrups were added, the coffee was almost imperceptible. The wife got a german chocolate cake iced coffee, and it shared a similar issue with the sweetness and the coffee was absolutely overpowered by the additional flavorings. If you're in to starbucks or mcdonalds style fraps and lattes, i think you'd enjoy this location. If you prefer a more traditional cafe experience, you may need to try some of their other options.

  I was there earlier this week and some rainbow haired lady had been taking my order and I had to retell my drink order four times and she still messed it up. when I had gotten my drink it tasted so bad and it was not what I wanted at all. she needs to know what she's doing to provide good service.
