  There was 1 car in line and my girlfriend who just had a baby a week ago was craving 7 brew so I thought I’d stop for quick service. There was 4 workers and I was 1 of 2 cars in line, sat there for 10 minutes and was never talked to. So after 10 minutes of being ignored I just left and won’t be back.

  One car in front of me. 2 young men saw I was in line for about 5 min and decide to ignore me and continued to talk to each other and the first car we'll after they had received drinks. Hands down worst 7 brew experience i've had.

  Oak street location. Usually I like 7 Brew but when my friend asked for a latte with oat milk to replace normal milk they didn't do so. The request was repeated several times and it was stated it was due to an allergy to milk. The girl did not listen. My friend is now in pain and feels horrible. If you work at a food joint, please listen when a customer has an allergy. A simple milk replacement could've worked but now we're having issues. Please, please listen when a customer has an allergy.
