  I’m visiting from out of town & drove an hour. Well worth the drive staff was so friendly & chatty also atmosphere was awesome! Was little nervous cause they didn’t have our recent orders cause from out of state and different systems but they nailed exactly what we wanted & coffee was one of the best I’ve had. Definitely suggest this 7Brew when in the area!

  I love this place with all my heart 😭 Everything I've tried has been an 11 out of 10. They don't make anything bad, I swear. Good bang for your buck, good speed, good service and amazing drinks. I've gotten my friends and family into 7 brew. Now if only y'all opened a location in Carrollton so I could get you daily 💖

  I’ve never left a review but I felt the need to after our experience today. We’ve been here before with no issues but for whatever reason today the entire place and employees were a hot mess. We ordered two drinks and waited over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. We watched people in the other lane pull up and order after us receive drinks and leave before we even got ours. We counted a total of 6 cars. Then when we got to the girl to pick up our order the girls in the shop had stopped making drinks. They were dancing and talking instead all like 5 of them. We were told they forgot to make our drinks, and it was because of their new system. You can only use that excuse for so long. We’ve been told that 3 times in 2 weeks now. The manager was soft spoken and nice but clearly didn’t know how to tell her crew to get it together, we told her the issue and she didn’t seem to care at all that her crew was just standing around. We asked for a refund after almost 30 minutes and left without drinks. We will not be back until management changes or is better trained.

  I've been venturing here on the weekly basis since they opened. The staff are fairly okay and I order my usual iced green tea latte with lavender. Today I went,I was informed that their rewards program was shifting. I proceeded to the cash Kane to out for my order and noticed the drink was a regular green tea with lavender. I informed that was the incorrect order. A new drink arrives and it's a lavender latte. I just took it mg attention span could only deal with so much,so I didn't feel like correcting the personnel again. However,the drink was good but I'll stick with usual. Lmao!

  My loyalty to 7 Bew as my sole coffee destination has been solidified due to the exceptional service I consistently receive. On my most recent visit, I was on a phone call with a friend while waiting for my coffee, and the barista noticed my sadness. When she handed me my coffee, she unexpectedly gave me 7 complimentary coffees and a kind note on the lid on my cup that read "praying for you" ❤️. The staff's remarkable compassion, demonstrated through their commitment to both their work and customers, is genuinely uplifting. I can only aspire that these young individuals (mostly teenagers) will continue to have a positive impact through their compassion in the future ❤️❤️.
