  Was in line to be served cars pulled up that had lighter pedestrians and they took orders in that line instead so I sat for awhile and went to Starbucks 8:33 am Sunday 11/9/25

  I’ve been coming to this location since it’s opened and can say only had one good encounter there… I understand that with being newer mistakes will happen but every single time I’ve went my drink has been messed up in some way… normally their glad to fix it or I just take the loss but today really took the cake when after waiting an incredibly long time they tried to hand me a drink that was obviously not what I ordered, I told them that and she rolls her eyes and goes in there to let them know to fix it, the employees inside proceed to have an attitude about fixing their mistake, the employee then came out and handed me the correct order but I wanted to confirm it wasn’t just a regular fizz that it was the one with energy, the employee rudely tells me yes that is what you ordered in a nasty tone.

  My drink is always on point. Thanks to Brayden for all his help and come up with a new drink to try. Me and my daughter make it our business to stop by on our way to and from Montgomery.

  I don’t even know where to begin, but let me just say this: Ava Duvall at 7Brew literally saved my life. No, I’m not being dramatic for the sake of it. This was a cinematic, slow-motion, the-universe-stopped kind of moment. I pulled up to 7Brew like it was any other day. I don’t know if she has superhuman reflexes, caffeine-induced superpowers, or if she’s secretly part of some elite rescue squad, but she lunged like an action movie star. One hand still perfectly balancing a tray of drinks, the other snatching my phone at the last possible millisecond. She saved it, and quite literally saved me from the spiral of losing my entire digital existence. The crowd (okay, the three cars behind me) cheered. I swear I heard an eagle screech in the distance. It was that insane. But here’s the thing, it wasn’t just the rescue. It was the way she laughed it off, handed me my drink like nothing happened, and said, “You’re all good, I got you.” Like it was the most normal thing in the world to perform a full-scale rescue operation at 8 a.m. That’s Ava. Calm under pressure, heroic in spirit, and somehow still the friendliest human you’ll ever meet while handing you a drink that tastes like pure happiness. So yeah, Ava Duvall isn’t just an employee at 7Brew. She’s the secret hero of caffeine culture, the kind of person who turns an ordinary coffee run into a story you’ll be telling for the rest of your life.
