  Anxious to try this coffee shop. Arrived to the end of a line of cars. No menu board to view. A staff member came up with his iPad to take my order. He couldn’t find the menu on his iPad. He finally said they could make anything, what did I want? I asked for the pumpkin spice latte. Any bakery items? Muffin Tops. The line was chaotic. Staff running around asking what we ordered. Staff at little tables, again asking what we ordered. They go inside the building and come out without your order. Another staff brings out your order. My pumpkin spice latte was merely coffee with milk. No pumpkin spice at all. The coffee was bitter. Will not be coming back.

  There is a long line they served people in the back first we ordered they came out with no muffins and said the blueberry muffins were out and they got our drinks wrong we asked for cotton candy. They brought out bubble gum and we said no, we ordered candy and then we said where’s the muffins and they said the blueberry was out so they said that they will bring us lemon muffins and we said OK. Then when we pulled up, the lady told us that the lemon muffins were gone too when the lady just said the other lady just said she’ll go get us a lemon muffins when we pulled up. The lady said they were gone and she she refunded but I’m not sure if she actually refunded us and then when they came out when we got our drinks. It was strawberry and we asked for cotton candy and they kept messing up our drinks and they never brought us our muffins and I’m not sure if they refunded it so that was a very terrible experience. It was bad service and I might never go back again. I recommend to not go there. It’s terrible service they they get stuff wrong. They just messed up and it’s a long line and they don’t and they refund so many people just because they say they run out. It’s a long line terrible service. We didn’t even get to taste the food because they didn’t have any left and then our drinks they all came out wrong first brought bubblegum then I brought strawberry. I recommend don’t go there because they will mess you up too.

  Honestly, they made a terrible first impression. Initially, I may have considered trying out their coffee. However, on October 4th, when I was making my way to Caribou for my coffee, I noticed that the people of 7 Brew had so many cones in the parking lot, making it impossible to get to Caribou. If you ask me, preventing other people from getting to another coffee shop just to get customers to your shop shouldn't be allowed to happen. Then, on October 18th, there was a lot of cars in the middle of the shopping mall parking lot just for the drive-thru, which, again in my opinion, is disruptive to business. I know this, they won't be getting my business anytime because of this.

  Went in the drive thru and it was a complete mess. First, the entire staff on a Saturday was 15-16 year olds which made it hard since the people taking our order didn’t know the menus or how to put it in their system. Asking any questions went no where and they were as confused as me when I asked for their signature drink on the menu. There were two lines of cars and people taking orders on iPads. Other kids would bring the coffee to the car they thought it was (had a few come up thinking an order was ours) it was very very unorganized. People got their drinks in the middle of the lines and had to cut across the lanes to leave. They definitely need a better system for putting orders in and giving the drinks out. I will say with how many people were in line, it did go fast! It’s a new coffee shop so just tweaking some of those details to help make it run smoother! Would still go again! Also good prices on coffee!

  Everyone yesterday during Swag Day was fast, nice, and helpful. Yes, there were a couple hiccups but while everyone is out here complaining, just remember, they truly are trying their best. They just opened this week. We are their first ever customers so its not only a learning experience for us but also for them. Yes, the parking lot/drive thru is a little chaotic but with time, it will get better. And no its not illegal of what their doing lol. 7brew signed rights and legal papers acknowledging that theyre drive thru is part of the malls parking lot, there are plenty of openings/exits to the mall! Also, saw a review regarding to an "employee putting a $4 tip when you put no tip"...they turn the iPad to you when asking the tip question and signature when paying with card. That would've been your mistake not the employees. 7Brew: YOURE DOING GREAT, IT WILL GET EASIER
