  I love 7 Brew when it’s consistent…this one has yet to be. We ordered 4 things which were simple..7energy with white chocolate raspberry, chocolate milk, a large brunette iced, and white chocolate mocha hot with 2 extra shots. 2 out of 4 were correct, the brunette taste like milk with a shot of sugar, and then we received a hot chocolate….very disappointing as I love 7 brew and was excited for ours! Hope they can learn to get orders right….

  Customer service is lacking at this 7 Brew. There is no garbage can, so there is trash all over the ground and the workers refuse to dispose of trash encouraging a bigger mess!. Both workers we encountered were borderline rude and short. The workers filling orders inside were standing in a wet mess. All in all - needs management oversight & a way to handle garbage that doesn’t trash the parking lot and contributes to litter. Also, never asked what size drink in their effort to rush us in ordering & I got the wrong size.

  1. Greeter lady seemed irritated when asking me to move to the other lane 2. The cashier was distracted by what/whoever was in the building 3. The crew of 6+ people in the building work area took over 15min to make 2 of the 7 Energy on ice, drinks. While I watched 4 cars in the other lane pull up AND leave before she brought my 2 drinks. 4. When I asked, she implied the time of day made them combine work areas so it's a little slower - she got dumbfounded and offended, I think, when I pointed out 4 cars placed & got their order before me....

  If you’re a fan of 7 Brew, skip this one. We gave them 3 opportunities, separate visits, and each time our drinks have NOT been what we have come to know and expect from 7 Brew. And we do NOT have difficult orders. Something simple today, large caramel chiller with 3x caramel drizzle. We don’t expect that much but you say you want more than you actually want so they give you what you want (iykyk) and it has maybe 3 little dribbles of caramel drizzle. It has no flavor either. It tastes like it just has coffee and milk and I could have just saved my $8 and made it at home. :(

  I was SO excited to finally try this place. I will say my chai was perfect, and the girl taking my order was very friendly! However, when I went today (Saturday), I was met with the rudest/angriest person I’ve seen in awhile. It was today around 12:45pm. I did absolutely nothing to warrant being yelled at by this young girl. She was the one directing traffic at the 4 way stop and obviously overwhelmed. Eventually, someone a bit calmer came over and took her place and did a much better job. There was no reason for her to get an attitude. She should have never been given that responsibility. The way she was directing traffic was about to cause an accident.
