  I had to wait a couple weeks for the line to die down to try this NEW amazing coffee spot. When I did the line moved fast and the service was outstanding. The only downside is there is no menu to look at if you’re are a couple cars back and the employees are taking your order. However I told the young lady what I liked, she recommended a drink and it was amazing. I will definitely return, but only when the line is not 20 cars deep.

  I’ve seen reviews say that the workers “don’t know the menu” but we have to remember that this place opened about a month ago. There is a wide variety of drinks at 7brews, so expecting workers to know/learn everything in a month is crazy. I can only speak from personal experience but workers all seem respectful and friendly. Weekend wait time can be a little long. Other than that it’s great! Keep up the good work!

  I really don't want to give a bad review but l've waited a month since the opening date and I'm just so disappointed. I have had 7 Brew in Florida and Arkansas as well as Christiansburg VA. I was over the moon excited about having a 7Brew in Salem my hometown. I expect the long wait and I can deal with it most days. But what I cannot continue to deal with is not once getting a drizzle in my cold coffee. I have gone often since opening and the employees 1. Do not know the menu, 2. Are exhausted and less than enthusiastic to be there, 3. Do not know how to drizzle a cup to save their souls and this has been every single time I've ordered. I spend a lot of money for a drink to not be made to my order, not just once, many times. I've had my daughter order and pick up my drinks for me and the same result. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I’m not driving to Christiansburg for a properly made drink. My caramel and/or chocolate drizzle are always sitting at the bottom of my cup in a lump. I have attached my coffee’s from yesterday(free bag day) on the left and a picture of my other daughter’s beautifully made coffee on the right from her new stand opening in Enterprise Alabama. Why does every other store in the US get this right but not Salem VA?!?!

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at this 7Brew. The customer service was horrible, especially from Patrick, the shift lead. My order took way too long, and when I politely asked about it, instead of owning the mistake or making it right, Patrick argued with me and flat-out denied that it happened. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable—mistakes happen, but doubling down and treating customers poorly is not the way to handle it. I’ve always enjoyed 7Brew elsewhere, but this location needs serious improvement in how they train and manage staff.

  I would rate it higher but outside of the sparkle of "we're trendy" this place specifically, as ive not been to other stores, is incredibly slow. For a place that is purely a drive-thru and has only drinks. The speed of which it goes is slow. One can argue that it's made to order (mind you all coffee is made to order btw but i know some places are special) however even at the speed it was going its just slow. Personally when I spoke with the staff they were to busy talking about things, between them which I over heard but wont mention here for privacy, to hear me say anything. The one girl who took the order was nice though and patient and listened. None the less while the coffee is slightly better then your chain style coffee the service is not worth it. Maybe ill give it a chance one day down the line again or try a different store.
