  I stopped by your drive-thru and ordered a beverage. As I was handed the drink, I noticed there was a hair in it. I informed the employee, and she immediately removed the hair, which I found to be unprofessional and unhygienic. She then asked if I wanted it now, but I explained that I do not drink items with foreign objects in them.

  I loved the customer service here! They completely cared about my allergy concerns! However, I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a mocha frappe drink. All I got was mocha drizzle and frozen coffee with no mocha flavor in the coffee itself.

  Great if you're wanting just coffee or drinks on the go, but no food items really or place to sit and dine/drink. Be prepared to wait for a little bit during the busy times. Other than that friendly service and great coffee! ☕️

  music was loud i couldn’t hear what they where even saying to me. one drink taste straight up sugar and the other water. can’t even understand the person that was taking my order. people where nice but very bad experience. no menu to see untill u get up to get your drinks.

  The coffee is good, sometimes great! However, My wife has been to this location a few times, as it is close to her workplace. Her frequency is also based on the 'way too long of a line.' I have been twice and each time it has been several young people that do not seem professional in the least. The drinks are sloppily served, with drink spilling down the sides of the cup and no napkins. We've had to request napkins every time. Maybe it is the system they are using (trying to be a quick drive thru and get your coffee place) and they have yet to work out the kinks. Regardless, it has been open for a few weeks and it seems no better of an experience today than it was opening week. Waiting behind people when you already have your drink is very frustrating, and I see it happen to others while waiting in line. The system is flawed, or, at least, is not operating near ideal. We will probably visit this establishment as a last resort, and, of course, it will depend on the length of the inevitably long line that there will be.
