  Got our order wrong that I told them twice and even showed a picture on the website to clarify and then when I told them it was wrong and was disappointed the lady just said "oh sorry, don't hate us for it" and laughed. Waste of money and time should've just stuck to Dunkin.

  Went today after work because the line was finally small, and glad I did! I tried a secret menu item, the strawberry chai latte and it was delicious! Great price point as well. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful and the vibe was fun and cheerful. Will definitely be back!

  This was such a fun experience! We were the ones with the pomegranate milkshake. The girl who helped us, she had short hair was the sweetest person ever! We will be coming back! Our drinks were so good! Order the pina colada smoothie... it was the best!

  what i ordered vs what i got lol, 7brew in augusta never misses so i was excited for one to open closer to me but was extremely disappointed. i don’t normally speak up or review anything but i did and i told them they made it wrong. instead of making us a new one they just half assed “fixed” our drinks but literally nothing was different lol, no toasted marshmallow, no caramel no cold foam literally just milk and blondie espresso . waited 40 minutes and spent $13 on bitter iced milk. at least yall played good music

  I just commented on someone’s comment regarding the traffic…. I had never heard of 7Brew and thought the same. I was just in a bad accident on Whiskey last month so I was actually annoyed. BUT… I still was curious and decided to go for a FREE coffee just to see what all the fuss was about. I was shocked at how SUPER organized they were! I have gone every day this weekend and even though the line was crazy, it was so well thought out and organized and moved really fast! They are definitely prepared! I’ve never seen a group SO prepared and SO friendly! And I think they have definitely handled the traffic situation like pros. Not to mention I was pleasantly surprised by their service (and yes…. WAY better than Starbucks)!! P.S. Genius move giving away so many free drinks this weekend and this first week. Now we are all addicted to not just crazy good coffee (Starbucks who?), but your smiles, vibes and great music while we wait! God bless you guys on this new journey!!
