  When this 7 Brewers opened up they were very fast efficient And consistent. Now it seems like every time I go there I order the same drink every single time and it seems like it never tastes the same sometimes it's light sometimes it's super dark sometimes it's really good sometimes it tastes like water. Sometimes I'll go there and there's 10 15 cars and we're in and out. Other times like this morning I pulled up there was only four cars and I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink. The place is very very good drinks for decent price but the problem is different people make the drinks and it tastes different sometimes they're fast sometimes they're slow. Just wish they would get together a little more! I literally shop at the store everyday twice a day. And usually the morning drinks are the best the afternoon drinks taste completely different and I always order the same exact thing

  Your drive through line blocks the exit to the shopping mall. Really ? You need to monitor the line. That is illegal to block the exit to the shopping center

  I always look forward to my daily coffee here! My drink is always consistent and I love chatting with the employees while waiting in line since I WFH and don’t get a lot of interaction otherwise. I love it when Kane is working because he always has the best conversations with me and doesn’t just rush off to the next person. I do feel like they could use more staffing in the mornings though, since it’s very busy and can sometimes take a long time.

  I simply love the staff at Crosstown (Rt.7 Schenectady!!) And Dymir is the best and a great asset to your team and it shows it!! Great staff lovely personalities just love to stop in for smiles when I need a few!! But like I said and I tell everybody, great staff and theee BEST customer service cause not many other coffee places take the time to speak to you and give you some laughter! I actually don’t think I ever had a bad experience with none of the staff. None of them never had an attitude and none of them have ever come to service me without a smile. Therefore, your status is great sorry if this is a long review, but it’s true and as good to hear good things about your staff Sometimes instead of always hearing the negative, but like I said great staff great job picking them great job having the mayor train them teach some of the ropes cause like I said it shows and I really love to come to seven bro if I miss one day coming there, then I be like damn I didn’t see nobody there today with their smiles and their humor, but enjoy your day everybody who took the time to read this and enjoy your day and for those of you who have not been there yet go visit them.
