  Wow I am speechless over this location! Everything was speedy and all of the employees were kind and upbeat. Huge shoutout to Stephanie! Her enthusiasm and act of kindness made my sister and Is day! Can’t wait to be back!!

  So let me say this, as much as i enjoy these drinks i will have to say that the service at this location is God Awful. its always an excuse as to why there is a wait…. I sure do hope management gets it together.

  I'm quite happy to support 7brew, its about a 20 minute drive from home, versus the nearest Starbucks being about 10-15. But 7brew has later hours, and if you're looking for a sweet treat it blows Starbucks out of the water. They have a lot of options to customize your drinks. It can be a little confusing at first so it might be best to review their menu online before heading over. If I had any critique to make, its that you can't get a receipt on the spot, you have to give them a cell number and get it online. It was a little annoying not knowing how much I paid exactly the first couple times I went. My partner has given her phone number now se we can get receipts and points for free drinks! 💪😃👍

  This has happen to me twice at the same location and I love 7brew and I was there when they first opened an I was pleased with the service at first but than one day I went and there was only one employee working which was no big deal cuz there wasn't much people but this employee got the order of the car next to us and behind us and completely ignored my car then wewent to the window and we said that they had not taken our order and the employee at the window seemed irritated and she took our order the second time was with I believe the same employee and she took the order of the car in front of us and went to stand with a girl at the cash register and I was confused like she can take everyone else's order like she didn't look busy , then after awhile the car in front of us started moving then she went to my window to take my order I asked for a strawberry chai with brown sugar cinnamon syrup and when I went to the register my drink was brown I said oh is this the strawberry chai she said no you said brown sugar chai all irritated and normally would be like oh my bad but I had my order written down because I added different things. Idk if she knows me and just doesn't like me but I have never met her in my life before , 1. I found her skipping me on purpose and her little attitude towards me was completely unacceptable and childish 2. I work in customer service I get you can have rough shifts but I have never showed my attitude towards a customer because ik it unprofessional .

  I come almost every morning and there’s always some issue. Today was the last straw. They were out of breve, no biggie so I ordered something else. The girl who took my order was clearly more interested in socializing with her friends and did not listen to me when I asked for Red Bull. My order was wrong so I asked them to remake it. A very tall black girl named V started complaining very loudly from the kitchen scout remaking my drink. She kept YELLING “bro that’s not Red Bull”. To which I responded that my order was taken wrong. Okay. She then starts moving as slow as possible to make my drink. I watch her purposefully not hurry. So, I ask the girl at the window to ask her to please hurry so I can go because I’m already running behind since they messed up my drink. V then starts YELLING AGAIN “I know she’s not trying to hurry ME”. I raised my voice and said it was incredibly unprofessional. She took as long as possible to make my drink. Super disappointed. Every time I come they are always more concerned about their coworkers and have incredibly unprofessional attitudes.
