  The first time I went to 7th Brew, the music was so loud that the employee taking my order couldn’t even hear me. She was leaning halfway into my vehicle and accidentally hit me in the head with her tablet. When I pulled up to the next young lady, she started telling me a personal story about jumping on her bed and hurting her leg — very chaotic. The second visit wasn’t any better. My sister was gifted 7brew gift card. We ordered a drink no problem- they said the gift card wasn’t working. Multiple employees were trying to fix it, calling people over and creating chaos. Trying to get their attention to just use my credit card -they told us they didn’t have the fizz drink we ordered and asked if we wanted an energy drink instead. We politely declined and asked for our gift card back- The staff rolled their eyes, acted irritated, and said they were transferring the money to a new card — but if they would have just communicated what they were doing to make the gift card work it would have been less confusing. Service was not top notch and seemed to have been a bother. Won't be returning to this location!! I've been in customer service for years, the attitude I received today was uncalled for.

  Went to 7 brew yesterday and they had a few issues with things not working properly not to mention it was raining some awful, but even through all that mess it was still the best customer service experience! They even suggested a new drink I would have never tried in my own and it was amazing! All to say 7 brew in Houma did amazing under pressure!
