Let me start by saying I'm at 7brew EVERYDAY, so I know what I'm talking about. The lack of maturity this stand holds is unbelievable. I know for a fact that new stands get professional trainers to come in and teach the staff. The trainers are there until November. By how this stand is run, youd think everyone was new. The "trainers" are far too casual with the employees. The stand is still performing at the level they did on their first day. The employees are always huddled together and cackling, as the line gets backed up. Then there's multiple employees at the front just standing around, yet the line took 20minutes to get through. My drink had to be remade 3 times before I just left. I went the Mattis location, where they are remaking it for free. The Mattis location should not have to apologize for their other stores. It's quite embarrassing.
I know this location is new but the staff do not seem well trained; drinks were coming out of order leading to cars stuck in the drive thru waiting for the car at the front of the line that only needed one drink to leave and the staff looked in general, very confused. One example was simply knowing who ordered what drink which led to workers going car to car asking what they ordered. Also instead of hopping on the line to help get the singular bottleneck order out, workers stood around talking or still taking orders. This is not the efficient and fast 7Brew similar to that of the University Ave. location.
The drinks were still good but it took wayyy too long to escape the queue once I got my drink (about 15 minutes). When the front car finally left the drive thru, 4 cars followed behind me because they already received their drinks.

Just tried it for my first time today. I love the coffee and the friendly staff! Honestly their service is very streamlined. The only adjustment I would make is a clearer spot/process for doing a walk up order. I realize it’s mostly a drive thru shop but I did feel like I was just awkwardly standing on a patio for a bit not knowing if I was in the right spot. Would still recommend it if you’re wanting quick coffee!
Excellent drinks, amazing service. Yes the line backed up, but they move people extremely fast. And if delivery drivers, landscapers (glorified grass cutters), and other private construction companies can block roads which are for one person, why can't there be a line here where many people are getting the benefit? I've been here several times and they are consistently good!
They let their customers cause a traffic jam down the entire road extending into the multiple separate intersections and completely blocking traffic. It was one of the worst managements of traffic I have ever seen. Nearly shutting down entire streets. They should have had employees directing the flow of traffic, getting customers to park their cars, or moved customers along much faster, because entire streets shouldn't be shut down so they can make a few bucks. They don't own the public space and businesses shouldn't act like they can do whatever they want. Do not support a business that thinks they're more important than everyone else who is trying to go about their day.
