  The staff at 198 Palm Bay Road NE, West Melbourne Fl 32904 is incredible. Always a pleasant experience with each visit, the staff is professionable, personable and very friendly no matter what time of day I visit. So grateful to have a 7brew so close to my home. There are 2 other 7brew locations, but 198 is Tops! Always a welcoming smile, ready to take my order 😊

  Halle at 7Brew is the BEST! 🙌🏼 She always remembers my order (sometimes before I even roll down the window 😅) and greets me like we’ve been friends for years. Her energy is always on point, and it seriously makes my coffee run one of the best parts of my day. Honeslty… The whole 7Brew crew is always so friendly, upbeat, and quick — they’ve got the best vibe every single time. 🤌🏼 Y’all make caffeine and kindness the perfect combo! 💖✨ out of all the 7Brew stands.. this one is TOP TIER!!

  Maria Leon is absolutelyyy amazing! Every time I visit 7 Brew, she greets everyone with such genuine kindness and a bright smile that instantly makes your day better. She’s quick, professional, and gets the drinks just right. You can tell she really cares about her customers and loves what she does. Maria’s positive energy and great attitude make 7 Brew an even better place to stop by. Highly recommend seeing her if you want great service and good vibessss🩷

  I stopped by 7 Brew the other day, and I’m convinced they put happiness in the coffee because everyone there was way too cheerful. The whole crew was awesome, but Kendyll was next-level friendly. Like, if customer service were an Olympic sport, she’d have more gold than Michael Phelps. She took my order, cracked a joke, and somehow made me forget all my life problems in under five minutes. Honestly, if therapy tasted like iced coffee, it would be 7 Brew.

  I come to this location often (about 2-3 times a week) and usually the staff are very friendly and helpful. Today was not the case. They barely acknowledged me sitting in the far lane and didn’t take my order till they saw me staring at them as they were chitchatting in the building with the doors shut. Then as I’m waiting for my coffee and my sons ice water and muffin top, two cars in the other lane who came after me received their smoothies/drinks and left before me. When the girl who brought me my order walked up she didn’t smile or say anything to me and visibly looked pissed off and then asked if I was given straws yet and I smiled and I said no not yet. She then said nothing and walked away grabbed the straws and without saying anything just handed them to me and walked away. I have noticed that some of the new young people working are not friendly and act bothered to do their job. I also am lactose intolerant and I always order my drinks with oat milk and I am very sure that my drink today was not made with oat milk but with regular milk and I will be in pain the rest of the day because of it. Not only have I noticed a shift in the quality of the service recently received at this location but I’ve also noticed the drinks themselves have not been made as well as they have before the staff change. I am not the only one who have noticed it either I have several friends and family members who have pointed it out as well. It’s very disappointing and honestly I’d rather go to a gas station for coffee at this rate to save money time and energy than to deal with these new kids.
