  I ordered a medium iced sugarfree caramel macchiato no ice. See photo for what I received. Then I was charged a dollar for not getting ice but the cup was not filled

  I have heart problems so I always asked for decaf. It was not decaf and I just want them to be very careful with this. There are people who have to have decaf for a reason and it can be very serious especially with heart issues etc. Otherwise a great place and service maybe the few times they gave me caffeinated instead of the decaf I asked for, they just got busy and forgot. I just hope they will pay more attention in the future. I know it’s probably easy to make that mistake.

  I love this 7Brew!! They are ALWAYS so friendly and very pleasant to speak with when ordering! This is my go to place to get a great iced coffee! I love all do the sugar free options that are offered. My kids love the flavored fizz options, so it’s a nice affordable place to stop to get a nice refreshment for all ages!

  If you go in the afternoon or later it's always perfect and the best place to go! If you go in the morning though it's a coin toss. I go every morning and sometimes my drink is just awful.

  The people working at this 7brew clearly did not want to be there. I've never seen a more sad group of people. The guy that took my order was terrible, and when I was waiting for my drink, he did every little thing to avoid even eye contact. not even a "how are you doing".. this was the WORST 7brew i've ever been to.
