- MPMichelle PayneOct 10, 20251.0Milk is left constantly at room temperature on the counter, there is mold and mildew and sometimes bugs/maggots in the cup dispenser sleeves. The music is annoying loud, definitely close to 90 or higher decibels. The walking between cars is extremely dangerous and they provide no high vis vests or hearing protection. The lines up by the "lane" area where they run and handout drinks gets extremely slick (during weather, car fluids leaking, all the things) people slip and fall all the time. As well as cars just take off and sometimes hit employees. I have known two employees that were hit and nothing was done. The make the staff pass tests over 50 and 100 questions to remain employed for only 10$ an hour. Tips mean nothing in today's world because no one cares especially when the manager will play favorites and wander around using foul language. Not to mention it's a complete rip off from dutch.

On my first visit I ordered an Americano, Hot, but the order that was brought to me was the exact opposite, a frozen mocha. Got it corrected and exchanged, no issues. The next 3 visits no matter how much I said Americano, Hot. I would aways get the same frozen mocha. Since they recorded my first order incorrectly, even order after I have to be prepared to return. So I just stopped going. Not worth the travel nor time.
