  This is my girlfriends favorite coffee spot.. kinda has rubbed off on me now.. theyre super fast and friendly.. its like the chick-fil-a of coffee spots

  I recently visited the 7brew on shelbyville road in Louisville Kentucky. I come here almost every single morning before work and I have never had an issue with the staff or my order until today. The staff was yelling at each other and arguing from inside the building to the outside in front of everyone which made me uncomfortable seeing and hearing this happen. As far as my order I ordered the strawberry chai latte, it did not have any toppings that said was included on the menu advertisement and not only that there was a bug in my drink. This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous to think the staff is so busy screaming at each other they are giving people drinks with bugs in them. I am disappointed and upset over this seeing as I spent $7 on a drink including tipping the staff to get something I had to throw away and didn’t get to drink.

  The Server Val is absolutely amazing at her job. She assure your drink is freshly made and served in timely manner with extraordinary enthusiasm. Not only does she have looks that can kill but smile that could do worse. Absolutely, Amazing atmosphere and Amazing coffee flavors!

  I can give -10 stars I would. This location is the slowest one I’ve ever been to and people are rude. Recommend going to any location, but this one. If you absolutely have to get something in this area, there are several Starbucks and Heine Brothers that you will get better service service Edited 10/21/25– I find it interesting that corporate responsed to this post but cannot seem to respond to the email or follow up email I sent them regarding this incident. I stand by my original advice—— visit another business to get better service.

  I would like to speak with some one in regards of the shelbyville rd location and the safety of a employee this morning, around 5:35 am (employee named ally) very professional young lady was working by herself with NO HELP AT ALL! Due to a staff member not showing up to work! There was cars wrapped around the building with this young lady taking orders and making drinks as a loyal customer I’m very disappointed and really felt bad for this young lady that held her own without help. And with it being still dark outside that’s a problem with me due to her safety! This is very unacceptable!!!! I need someone to reach out to me asap!
