Absolutely zero sense of urgency from staff. Took over 20 minutes to get ONE small iced latte…. I work in food service and hate leaving bad reviews but 20+ minutes for a single small drink is so frustrating :( The drink itself did taste great though.

I did not receive my card and I have tried multiple times and multiple customer service phone numbers with no success. Every number tells me to leave a message.... We drove over 45 minutes for the special offer. I am frustrated in trying to get in contact with anyone and find out what to do

It is difficult to get in and out of this location from the west side when you drive a full-size pickup. The entrance and exit are narrow with tall curbs (that are very scuffed up from tires) and it doesn't seem necessary. Either way, waiting 10 minutes for 2 chillers when there is nobody in front of you is horrible. We had already paid and almost left without even asking for a refund. No sense of urgency to get customers taken care of.
