  Won’t take drink orders in the order cars came in to the line. Most the time have 6+ cars waiting and only 1 person to take orders. The service used to be great but over the past couple months the service and quality of drinks has dramatically declined.

  I gave 1 star because I sat in line for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Then when I look in there is at least 5 people inside making drinks. It’s like this every time. People are off to work, trying to grab a quick coffee and it turns into a half an hour ordeal. I highly suggest the owner start paying attention to this. I’m sure they work a lot quicker when the owner is there but come on. I see cars get out of line every time because it’s taking too long

  This is a drive-thru only drink establishment. Great place to grab a super tasty hot or cold drink on the go!

  Quick on the go or for small talk, this is more then just a drive thru. The group works hard, fast pace, and accurate. The brave ones greeting people, literally Rain or shine, and taking orders ALWAYS remember to ask for rewards number and always help give sugestions when asked. Also the KILL it with the secret menu and the coffee is the best in town! Highly recommend for energy drink, kid friendly fizz drinks, coffee, shakes, and smoothies! Thanks for being joyful gang!!!

  Visited the 7Brew on sagamore pkwy south at the mall on Sunday 14th and Monday 15th. The service was ridiculous! On Sunday there were 4 girls hanging out in the back of the store while customers sat in line and only one girl made drinks and took orders. This was at 7:10 am. It took 18 minutes to get my drink and I was in the front of the line! On Sunday the 15th 2-3 girls stood visiting with a girl in a car at the front of the line while customers sat and waited. Took 8-10 minutes to get my order even taken. Many times while sitting in the line the workers are not paying attention to who pulls up first and how long some one has waited before another car pulls up. Both days and MANY other days I have sat and waited while they have helped another line of cars then came to mine after I was sitting there waiting before the others even pulled up. They are goofing off and not paying attention to their customers. I will NOT go to this store again. South street/state road 26 is much better!!
