  My husband has made this his go to spot for his matcha lattes. We love the professionalism and friendliness displayed by the staff and he has yet to meet a disgruntled employee. Keep up the good work!

  I wish you would train your staff better. The girl taking my order seemed annoyed that it was my first time, and I didn’t know what I wanted and that I needed to see a menu. She kept saying “she is the menu” that is not going to cut for everyone especially people who are older or have disabilities. I will not be going back, I was excited to see one of these in Melbourne but horrible customer service and horrible way to run a business. Get a menu!!!!

  I just wanted to thank Kyla for an awesome experience today. I noticed her being berated by the car in front of me and was appalled. She’s the epitome of the cultivating kindness monicker, and it was an absolute pleasure spending my money with Kyla today.

  The young staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. They must have great management. Been twice and so far so good. Prices are unexpectedly affordable as well! Plan to be a regular customer now.

  I can’t say enough good things about 7Brew, but what really made my visit stand out was the incredible service from Savannah! From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with such genuine warmth and energy—it instantly brightened my day. You can tell she loves what she does, and that kind of positivity is contagious. Not only was my drink perfect (seriously, 7Brew never misses!), but the staff took the time to make sure everything was just right, and Savannah even offered some great suggestions for next time. It’s rare to find employees who are both fast and friendly, but she nailed it on all fronts.
