  I went this seven brew location and an employee by the name of Anariel was very rude. They were being unprofessional and cussing me out.

  I was visiting from out of town and stopped by with a friend to grab some drinks, but the experience was completely ruined by a staff member named ANARIEL. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional from the start — she seemed irritated just taking our order. To make matters worse, she actually started cussing in front of us while behind the bar, which was shocking and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing role. As someone who works in a professional environment myself, I know how important customer service is — and this was the exact opposite. It left a really bad impression of the establishment. If this is how they allow their staff to treat guests, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either. Very disappointing.

  1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Absolutely terrible experience at this 6 Brew. The worker Anarial was incredibly rude and unprofessional from start to finish. She got our drink wrong and then made us pay for a new one, which makes absolutely no sense. Instead of speaking to us directly, she had another worker come tell us—clearly avoiding responsibility. On top of that, she was cussing at us, using words like “bullshit,” which is completely unacceptable from anyone representing a business. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service anywhere. I will not be coming back to this location. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. We are traveling from a different state so we have been here for the past couple days and every single day. She has been super rude and disrespectful.

  rude service, unprofessional, one of the baristas used a curse word which was extremely inappropriate, and uncalled for, please take the time to look at who you guys hired, the barista had blue hair and piercings. disrespectful and harmful towards me and my friends

  Music in drive thru has to go. Shouldn't have to repeat order over and over.....
