  Similar to the other locations you pay $6 for a cup of ice with some kind of black liquid they try to pass off as coffee splashed on it.

  I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes and nobody has taken my order yet —that’s completely unacceptable. There were no texters or anyone greeting customers, and the staff had the worst attitudes. This location does not cultivate kindness or good service at all.On top of that, the girl with her hair in a bun and piercings is always rude to me. One time, I asked for a refund because she charged me for three different orders when I only had one, and she refused to help even though the money was clearly taken out of my account. Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior. I’m beyond disappointed and won’t be coming back.

  So ill give you 3 stars the reason that is because i had to have a coffee remade right i got it remade when i went a few days ago and after the remake it still tasted like straight black coffee i ordered a smores the german chocolate was a little bit better but something im realizing is they arent mixing in the flavoring very well i dont know who was making them 2-3 days ago but what i do know is you shouldnt just pump flavoring into the bottom of a coffee and then pour the coffee into it without even considering mixing it at least for the flavoring to go inside of the coffee and mix well with it to make it actually taste like the flavor its supposed to be

  The Blondie is good, but WHY are there no prices listed anywhere?? Or even the menu when you go through the drive-thru.. there is no full menu board! I have no concept for how much more the next size up costs or even what all my options are. Putting a menu up like any other establishment with a drive-thru would help patrons make more educated decisions about what they want because the first time I went I had literally no clue what they offered.

  If I could give it zero stars, I would. First of all, I do not feel welcome here. Some of the employees have a really bad attitude and I thought you were supposed to "cultivate kindness"? When I tried to ask questions about the menu, some girls just rolled their eyes and huffed, which is not okay. On one visit, a shift lead with glasses, her hair in a bun, and some piercings was particularly rude and unhelpful. You guys charged me three times for three different amounts for a single small drink. When I came back 10 minutes later to figure out what was going on, she told me she couldn't give me a refund because the charges were "pending." She even said she'd get in trouble if she gave me a refund. I tried to explain that the money was already gone from my bank account, but she wouldn't listen. I was so disappointed and upset that I called my daughter, who is a shift lead and a baller for 7brew. She confirmed that you could have absolutely given me a refund right then and there. Knowing that only made me more upset. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I'll be going to a different location from now on.
