  The drinks are always great I just feel as if it shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes everytime you go to get a drink.

  7$ and a 20 minute line and it's unironically one of the most watery tasting coffees I've ever had, insanely overpriced and not even good

  Fast, quality service. Everyone I have had contact with has been nothing but pleasant. My favorite thing is that they will recommend something if I want to try something new AND they will make any modifications that you need

  It's like they took Dutch Bros concept, but left out everything that makes Dutch Bros good (i.e. super friendly staff, interesting drinks to choose from, delicious coffee). Not having a menu to look at is just silly - don't you want to upsell people to more expensive drinks? I will never use your QR code to go look at a menu. I did get my coffee quickly - so if that's the only priority in your business model then you're nailing it.
