  Hannah I. is one of the best parts of stopping at 7 Brew. Any time she’s helped me—whether she’s outside taking the order or bringing drinks out—she brings the same positive energy and friendliness. She always greets with a smile, keeps things moving quickly, and makes sure the order is right. What stands out most is her attitude. She has a way of turning a regular coffee stop into something you look forward to, because the interaction is always cheerful and professional. Every time I’ve been served by Hannah I., it’s been a great experience. 7 Brew is lucky to have her.

  Awesome coffee shop with great atmosphere! They save your order so you always know what to get and what you have gotten in the past! Reward system is great, I earn a free drink at least once a week! The staff is incredible and always friendly! Hannah I. helped us today and she was great! Super friendly and helpful! I love that the staff puts in an effort to get to know you and your family, they always say hey to my son or ask where he’s at if I’m alone. That means a lot!

  Seven Brew in Albany deserves an extra star just for saving me from a tiny winged terrorist. Mallory and a young gentleman not only whipped up delicious coffees with a smile, but they also jumped into action when a wasp decided my car was its new home. While Mallory was kindly taking my order, the little intruder zoomed in, and before I could abandon ship, they helped me locate it and shoo it out like seasoned wasp wranglers. Coffee AND pest control—now that’s full service! Thanks, y’all, for great drinks and for making sure I didn’t have to share my latte with a wasp. 🐝☕️
