  Came here yesterday afternoon and had a great experience. The brunette with freckles and the eyebrow piercing was so nice, patient, and had great recommendations. We got the firecracker and holiday punch and they were delicious!!

  Love them! The staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always good, i recommend adding one more shot of espresso ☕️ the drinks might be a little to soft for true coffee flavor lovers. Just add one more shot in case you are having a latte. Overall 💯 recommend

  I absolutely love stopping by 7Brew! Christian always brightens my day—he’s so happy, enthusiastic, and full of positive energy every single time. My coffee is always made perfectly, just the way I like it. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the customers. Thanks, Christian, for making my mornings better and my coffee amazing! ☕💛

  Seasonal Boo-berry energy is so delicious! Christian, Gwen, Emma, and manager Abby are literally all so wonderful. Really, all the staff members are very knowledgeable on the items and drink menus. 7brew on Springfield in Champaign is legit a whole vibe; My favorite 7brew around the area hands down 🫶🏼

  I visited this 7 Brew recently and walked away feeling disrespected and unwelcome. The staff were rude and dismissive, and the way I was treated made me feel I was being singled out because I’m Black. My questions were brushed off, my order wasn’t taken with the same courtesy I saw given to others, and basic customer service was missing from start to finish. This is my honest account of what happened to me, and it matters because people deserve to be treated with dignity when spending their money. Black customers, please take note: until management addresses the behavior at this location and implements real accountability and anti-bias training, I cannot recommend going here. There are plenty of other coffee spots that show respect to everyone who walks up. I hope 7 Brew leadership reads this and takes action. A sincere apology, staff retraining, and better oversight would go a long way. But as of now, I won’t be back.
