  Something has definitely changed.. This place had really nice employees now that’s changed and it moves entirely too slow.. Guess it’s back to Starbucks..

  So I’m patiently waiting in the drive-thru, about three cars ahead of me in the outside lane (the one closest to the main road). Every car in front of me gets their order taken and moves up just fine. When it’s finally my turn, no one comes to take my order. The girl working finishes helping the car in front of me, then walks over to the other lane to chat with her friend instead of taking my order. By the time I finally get to the window, she asks if the drinks in her hand are mine — even though I hadn’t even ordered yet. I place my order, wait about 7 more minutes, and when I finally get my Tropic Thunder with Red Bull, it’s completely watered down and has zero flavor. I could’ve gone next door to the gas station, grabbed a Red Bull, and made a better one myself. Super disappointed with the service and the drink.

  I truly love our 7brew in Mt. PLEASANT! My favorite girl, I wish I knew her name. She treats everyone like a best friend. Blond, outgoing, sweetheart, calls everyone Hon. But all the crew has been so nice to me. I love seeing happy employees.

  BEST EMPLOYEE EVER!!! Her name is ALAYAH!!!! She is so sweet kind funny and my favorite person that works there!!! She welcomed me with a smile and even when I was in a new car she STILL came and said hi!!! And gave the best coffee order ever!!!
