  Decided to pay a visit this location to try their coffee. Service was pretty quick and the orders arrived timely. I was severely disappointed in the coffee. Could barely taste the coffee and tasted like straight creamer. They also got my order wrong and had to park to get it right . Overall, I was disappointed and will not be coming back again..

  Every time I come to this location, the “coffee” taste like straight coffee creamer or syrup. You don’t even taste coffee in at all, I had to throw my drink away because my stomach is hurting. How does someone mess up an iced white chocolate mocha???

  I have yet to try a drink here that I like. Can't seem to get the right combo. I like iced or frozen drinks. Mocha with peanut butter which they don't have. I've tried mocha with caramel, Irish cream; I've tried half sweet, etc. I prefer to go to Sheetz - tastes better and larger size for less money. Also, it's hard to order with the loud music.

  They mess up drinks often, but the last drink I had, they were confident in their mistake—so confident they made it twice. I don’t know what happened to the management here, but it went downhill. Shoutout to the location on Bragg Blvd. for making it right 🙌🏽

  I was really liking this place 3x in one week. Then one situation handled unprofessionally by the manager Ice as she said her name was changed my whole view. Customer service is and will always be big to me especially when I am spending my money. For her to be the manager speaks volumes on how she chose to deal with the situation. I have no time to argue with anyone but you should remember you are an employee also not an owner! One bad experience can have a huge impact was the $1.15 mistake your employee made really worth what you did?! Corporate felt otherwise.
