  Heavily specified for Caramel multiple times when ordering. Was confirmed by the woman taking the order, received drink had non, at all. Was basically milk.

  Sad to say but this will be my last time going back to Seven Brew. Went today to get my usual smoothie that I've been getting for over a year. Paid and right after I paid was told that they couldn't make it. I've been getting the same smoothie for over a year and frequent that location the most only to be told that they couldn't make it. There was no modification or consideration made to satisfy my order. Will not be back.

  Disappointed with the service I received today. My Mother and I have been coming to this location for quite sometime ordering the same smoothie. Today they decided they can no longer make the smoothie. They said this after we already paid and didn’t even try to compensate us or modify the order for us. Sad but they have lost my business today.
