  My daughter spilt her drink and I tried to get it remade here and Kate was giving me a hard time about it as if it was her business. 🙄 I could hear her talking about us in the stand.. that's so unprofessional.

  i came by this morning for my regular drink and i left crying tears of happiness and relief. i’m going through a hard situation in my life right now and the sweet lady at the drive thru said so many kind and the right words i needed to hear to make my day amazing. i can’t thank her enough for what she said. it means more than she knows! i should’ve tipped her more!! i will be back EVERY morning. I 💙 7B
