I asked for 1/2 what they normally put in their drinks for flavoring and it was still disgusting. Waste of money unless you want diabetes

No one came to serve me. My family has spent thousands of dollars at this location since it opened. No more.

The girl taking our order rolled her eyes when we told her we had separate orders, so we made it one but SHE put it down wrong as 4 separate orders. Then the other girl giving us our drinks was talking crap about us right in front of us and telling the other girls working there we “could’ve just used Venmo or Cash App” very loudly so we could hear her. Even though it wasn’t our fault, it was THEIR fault. We don’t know the girls’ names, but it was pretty much all of the girls that were rude towards us. The guy working there was so sweet and was apologizing for his coworkers behavior while trying to get our payments.

They made my drink completely wrong after I waited in line for 15 minutes so I went around again and asked them to remake it as there was quite a lot of errors and I’d like to get what I paid for, but instead of them being nice and super willing to fix it, they were the opposite and acted like I was an inconvenience due to them not doing their job correctly. Super tall dark haired girl needs an attitude adjustment especially when speaking to customers. This is not the first time she’s been disrespectful towards me either. I will never be coming back to this location. I’d rather drive an hour.
