  Stopped in on my way to work because of a promotional text I received stating "...get a FREE Brew Bag when you purchase 2 med or lg drinks!.." So I ordered a large drink for myself and an medium to gift to a coworker. Was told AFTER I paid that my purchase didn't qualify because it wasn't two mediums or two larges. Called customer service and nobody answered, only some mailbox. Left a message and never heard back. Pretty terrible experience. Worst time I've ever had at a 7Brew. Might be the last. Edit to add: emailed them and haven't heard back.

  Love this location when my drink is made right. But yall gotta order more things for your duck days or brew bags. If the promotion is from 7am-7pm the supplies should last all day. If I go at 9am and there's none left, that's kind of ridiculous. Also. Drinks are not always consistent. Maybe better training or something?

  The line and wait times at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes waiting.

  I love 7brew I go about 3-4 times a month if not more and in different cities and locations. I give my phone number everytime and when I go to check my points I don't have any.. It actually says my last visits were months ago. Trying to hwy someone in the phone is impossible. So I'm not too hapoy about the customer service and may find another place if they can't hold up to the loyalty reward.

  They are my number 1 favorite coffee place of all time, I refuse to get coffee anywhere else and can’t wait for them to expand even further so we can get them everywhere. You can get it hot, iced or chilled and they always make it to perfection and make me feel comfortable with conversations. They are always super friendly and nice. Definitely recommend them for how quick they are as well!
