  Customer service was great, very friendly. Today was my first time, I ordered a large white chocolate mocha with peppermint & extra chocolate drizzle hot. The drink tasted like plain coffee & was barely Luke warm, very disappointing. I had high hopes, could have gotten better & cheaper next door at Speedway

  There is almost always a line of cars however, staffing is expectional and able to accommodate the cars quickly

  Great spot, lives up to the hype. Drive Through ONLY. Huge pup-cup. Drink selection has anything you could want. Seasonal menu available in addition. We will be back.

  We love the Boone location. Our coffee is always perfect. The staff is always smiling and friendly.

  I have tried to find something here that I like. I won’t be back after today. The service and attitude of the dude working completely turned me off. I ordered an iced black and white, and yes I realize that is not an item on their menu but anyone that is vaguely familiar with a coffee shop knows what a black and white is…. Needless to say when he asked if that was my drink he just called it a mocha. I asked if it was dark chocolate and white chocolate and he got hateful and snobby about how they didn’t have anything like a black and white. After turning to walk away he visibly shook his head at me. Good riddance! I’ll go to Starbucks next time.
