  Slowest service I’ve ever seen. We walked up to order and they literally walked away after one order and we had to go get them to take the rest of our orders. It took forever to make our drinks as well. Horrible customer service as a walk up order.

  Carissa and Malia are phenomenal! I don't know what's warmer - the coffee or the service? During the summer months, ice cold beverages are a delight. Their drive thru service operation is just like Chick Fil A - efficient and kind. They give off very Christian and Godly vibes here too, it's almost like they have a partnership with New Vision church down the road. I've fueled up here for worship and football and will continue to do so. Blessings!!! Please come to Franklin.

  I love 7 Brew! I stop by for coffee whenever I can, and everything they have is really good. The only thing I don’t enjoy is that sometimes the staff there spend too much time chatting with their friends, and you end up waiting longer than you should. It’s supposed to be fast service, not waiting until they finish their conversations. Other than that, I really love 7 Brew!

  I come here every day. Always so sweet and super fast! Never had any issues with my drinks! Autumn was so sweet and kept me entertained while I waited for my drink! 10/10

  The staff here are the nicest, most energetic workers in town! Always a bright spot to swing by and grab coffee with my dog. The drinks are consistent and the drive thru moves quickly.
