  Go here about 3 times a week . Awful experience this time . Ordered my usual with whip cream came with no whip cream as usual , asked the associate for whip as I ordered it and she was mad at me ? Watched her put whip on it as it overflowed through the lid then take her bare finger and swipe it off and lick her finger then took the lid off and continued to over flow it , as all the kids in there were laughing . Handed me my drink with it running down the sides , asked for a napkin - looked at me like I was crazy with an eye roll I said yeah for my messy coffee you handed me . Honestly that broke so many health code violations , pretty hard to watch and be okay with .

  One of the best visits I have experienced at a coffee shop! Stopped to get my boys beverages, and received the best customer service I have had in a long time! Wyatt(I think, young man with blonde hair, working the drive up) and Mason were amazing in helping me navigate flavors and come up with something perfect for my son! Excellent customer service and two thumbs up on the drinks from my boys!

  It was amazing to have the staff wipe down our cups to ensure it was not sticky before handing the beverage to us. My wife commented that this was a notch above and definitely a must visit.

  This location is amazing! Staff was amazing friendly, I didn’t catch her name, but the blonde girl who recommended the blondie/cinnamon roll combo, she deserves a raise! Great customer service, super friendly. If we are ever back in Casper, we will definitely stop back!!
