  We are very constant customers but today our drinks were so milky and no flavor and just so disappointed hoping for a free drink after we spent $27 on 3 drinks 😭

  Lord .....there are 2 drive thrus. It took forever for our girl to take orders meanwhile the second isle was moving right along. Entered drive thru at 12:52pm. Got drinks at 1:24pm.

  I didn’t know this place serves food. 🤔 But for drinks, they’re good and good pricing. Friendly staffs. Fast and efficient.

  A handful of my recent visits my order has been wrong. I usually get an oat milk latte with caramel, but somehow that’s constantly messed up. I’ve even double checked using my phone number online to confirm the order was placed correctly, and it always is! Yet it still comes out with whole milk. I’m lactose intolerant, so this isn’t just an inconvenience, it makes the drink undrinkable. While I was deciding whether or not to leave a review, because I don’t want to hurt a business, but I do want other customers to be informed, I noticed that the manager herself had posted two 5-star reviews. I know it was the manager because I’ve asked for their name and that's what they gave me. THAT’S NOT A GOOD LOOK, AND IT ACTUALLY PUSHED ME TO SHARE MY OWN EXPERIENCE. INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON BOOSTING RATINGS, MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE WORKING ON IMPROVING STAFF PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. To add to it the other day my friend went through and told me they are asking people at the window to leave a review🤣 Ive also written this review twice and it keeps getting taken down!!
