The coffee is super yummy, quite a few options for sugar free flavors which I really like, and the staff is always friendly and makes me feel welcome! If you've never visited this place, give it a try!

One of the girls taking orders told a truck to back up to get in a different line and the truck almost hit us. I honked and the same girl that told the truck to back up was rude because I didn't want my car wrecked.

Went back a few days ago and found a fly in my drink. She was so rude when I said something about it. The customer service is just not here.

Maybe some go to fast and don't push the flavor pump down all the way? It gets frustrating over half the time I go through and ask for veterans discount the person takes my order says they don't do it. I tell them yes thry do. Today, 10 Sept @ 1215 the brunette taking our order was unprofessional. We pulled up and she just stared at us, no greeting that I had to ask are you ready? Then she wouldn't come up to the door to hear us and kept saying she couldn't hear us! Move to the door like the others do. Of course, had to argue they don't give the veteran discount. She goes and asks manager to find out that they do and then asks to see my veteran ID..never been asked that either. Horrible communication with the staff!
