Sadly, today’s experience left us feeling less like appreciated customers and more like an annoyance. I hope today was a one off as we truly have enjoyed running by for our coffees. It doesn’t take much to be friendly and polite but not even a “here you go” or “thanks for coming.” Said nothing after our order and merely wiped our drinks down and handed them through the window. Many of us have worked in the industry and this is not the way to encourage repeat customers. Like I sad, hopefully a one off.
