I am truly concerned with the management at this location. I was coming here 3-4 times a week, unfortunately I am taking mine, and anyone else's business I can elsewhere. 1st, I noticed the manager was always missing (okay, maybe I came at times they werent working) 2nd, with how often I come, the employees know me a bit, hearing and seeing things about management upset me, but hey, things happen. 3rd, I noticed, especially recently that all my favorite employees are quitting, DUE TO MANAGEMENT. (Now I'm getting bothered)4th (my last straw) Why am I tipping my favorite, HARD working girls, and they not getting the money?! Surely after 3-4 months, the manager would allow them to take the test to get certified so they can keep their tips!? But no, apparently this manager hasnt/won't. Idk everything, I'm not an employee, but after all I've personally seen and heard, there is clear favoritism at this location, and I'm not spending another dime of my hard earned money here for mistreatment of employees. Managers are supposed to lead by example, not get lazy, and take advantage of the other employees by making them do 90%of his/her job. If I were the regional Manager, I would certainly speak to the other current employees/recent employees that quit, ect to investigate these issues. I wouldn't want poor management running my business. Hate that I've gotta switch back to Starbucks, but I won't support this kind of behavior.
