  Haven't been here in a couple of months but we got our regulars and it tasted off. Almost like artificial sugar. We hadn't been here in a while because every time we go our order always gets messed up in one way or another. Just not worth the price if it's going to be inconsistent. Or maybe the order wasn't even accurate and maybe that's why it tasted off. Either way it gets tiring having to wait behind in the little parking lot so they can fix it each and every time we've gone through there.

  I ABSOLUTELY love 7 Brew! Their coffees are on point! The Blondie Triple 7 gives me such an energy bump that it gets me through my 15 hr nursing shift! There is always a line of cars, but I've never had to wait in the Drive-Thru line for more than 5-10 minutes. They come out to your car and take yr order which makes the line move quickly

  I came to this location yesterday for the first time. It was only me and one other person in line with at least 4 people working. They seemed very unorganized & acted like they didn't know what they were doing. I even had my order typed out on my phone & showed them so there would be no confusion but they didn't put either drink in the system correctly. They were asking eachother if the person's order next to me had been made & then I heard them ask the girl who took my order what my order was because they had cleared it off before making it. My one drink i asked for it to be light ice but it wasn't and my second drink i asked for no ice, filled but it was half full. These folks might benefit from some extra training !

  I visited 7 brew at around 2:30 on 10/3/2025. When I first arrived the young lady (short , with blonde hair) that took my order was very pleasant ! Nice manners and very polite and also patient. I advised her that my order would be kind of lengthy as I was trying a new drink that I had seen online. She ensured me that it was no problem and she could add the things for me without a hassle. I payed and ensured that I left her a tip for being so kind. This made me feel a bit more comfy about proceeding with my order. I am a loyal 7 brew customer and visit that location often and was highly disappointed about what happened once I got to the stand to retrieve my drinks. There was another young lady at the stand wearing black leggings a blue 7brew shirt and a “The Hundreds” ball cap. She started off pleasant but once she walked inside with the other workers everything changed. As I was waiting for my drinks to be made I heard a tall , skinny, brunette hair colored young lady saying things to the other young lady such as” why would they order all of this ? This is too much freaking stuff. And then they got a freaking small??” “This is ridiculous” as she walked around the store slamming things showing such anger that she had to make my order that ; I payed for ,remind you. I then asked the cashier to come back over so I could speak with her. I asked her for both her and the other young ladies name and she told me she didn’t feel comfortable telling me that , which is why I have to give detailed descriptions. I also asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager , which I didn’t question. I proceeded to let her know that it’s highly unprofessional to talk about a paying customer in that manner , especially a loyal one. I let her know that I come here often and I’ve never witnessed such behavior. I’ve never been treated like this and was highly disappointed in seven brew today. I enjoy the drinks and the coffee and trying new things but this just discouraged me.

  I love their coffee and tea options. However I am decreasing my visits because of the crowd and slow service. I would love to start my morning here but the 20-25 mins wait on the way to work is not for me. Therefore I go one parking lot over to Starbucks where I use my mobile app and place my order. If not there I head to Dunkin again because I can use the app. Great products, just building placement and building design is wonky and hinders great customer service
