Normally, I have no issues but the other night when I came here I was asked to get in the other lane. I went in the other lane and nobody had came to take my order. They were standing inside talking instead of helping me. Finally someone came out and the girl finally talked to me, and apologized. I’m grateful she apologized but this was very poor service and unprofessional if you ask me.

I have never wanted to just straight up leave a place because of service. The girl who was outside taking our order was so pushy! It was my first time there and all I wanted was an iced pumpkin latte. She asked if I had a number, I told her no. She literally kept pushing for me to give her my number so I told her I was out of state and probably won’t be here again. She proceeded to tell my friend and I that she was putting in her number in order to get a free drink off us….. anyways. I didn’t get chance to read the menu so I asked the girl what a pumpkin blondie is. I kid you not she said in a passive aggressive tone with a smug laugh “it’s just our blondie… with pumpkin” I tried to ask her what a blondie is because I had no idea and she finally told me. I responded with “can I please get an iced coffee with pumpkin flavoring nothing else”. Again she did a rude little chuckle and said “what you don’t want our blondie? It’s just Carmel and vanilla it’s so good” I told her no AGAIN. It literally took me maybe like 5 minutes just to convince her to take MY ORDER correctly. She was just very rude and honestly she should NOT be working in customer service (coming from someone who does too 😂) my friend even said that the other girl out taking orders was looking at this girl. Anyways we get to the window and get our drinks… and guess what?! She decided that I wanted a pumpkin blondie so that’s what I got. It was horrible. It was too sweet, I knew I wouldn’t like it but oh well I guess this girl thought that it was life changing and despite me CLEARLY saying no to the pumpkin blondie that I needed it. I’m sure the coffee would be good if I actually got to try it but I took two sips and couldn’t drink anymore. Honestly I have never been so disappointed with customer service before.

I’m honestly so disappointed because I do like 7 brew drinks, but the fact this has happened twice now is insane. Twice, this has happened twice. Where I find a dead bug in my drink. A couple months ago, I got a drink and there was a small dead fly in it. I didn’t do anything, just threw it out. Today, I went to go get my drink, enjoyed the first 3 sips. As I’m going for my 4th, there’s a HUGE dead fly in my drink. I was absolutely disgusted. I told my friend to whip the car around and go back. The lady taking my order was so shocked, gave me a refund and even offered to make it again but at that point I was SO disgusted. Especially since this isn’t the first time. So I said no.
She took my drink and threw it away, very apologetic. But honestly this makes me question the cleanliness of their drive through. My friend didn’t even drink hers as it was a blended drink, how would you know if it were in there or not? This has officially made me stop going back to 7 brew. I’d rather stick to Starbucks. Grab an energy drink from the gas station.

I’ve been enjoying this place for some time now, but recently not so much. Last time I came there was swarms of insects all around and inside the stand. Drinks haven’t been as good. Also when I ordered my favorite custom drink I was told “the stand manager said that’s not a thing we can do.” This is a drink I’ve been ordering for months, is saved on my phone number, I have ordered at other stands, and is frequently suggested on the 7Brew Reddit and Facebook pages. I don’t know if there was a change in management or staffing but there has definitely been a sudden shift. I’m giving 2 instead of 1 because in the past this was a great place, and I’m hoping things will go back to normal. Maybe I’ll visit again in a month and see if I’m suddenly allowed to order my drink again.

I gave this place 5 stars not too long ago. But it just keeps going downhill. The staff is hit or miss. Most of the regular staff from the beginning is gone or being ran off. From what I hear the manager is a huge problem especially when it comes to staffing or even showing up. The staff today specifically doesn’t interact or have any short of work ethic. The kid who served me today had sunglasses on, AirPods in and his hood up. He whispered to talk to me, didn’t smile or have any type of energy. Probably shouldn’t be the face of the business if he doesn’t want to be there at 12 in the afternoon. The drinks have gone way down. 1/2 the time their chiller machine isn’t working. 1/2 the time they don’t tell you. When they blend the chillers they are disgusting, mostly air. I spend $8 per coffee and go 6 days a week for my coffee to be so irregular. I shouldn’t be paying $8 for 1/4 of a coffee. I won’t be going back and while this won’t hurt the business maybe it will start to deter other people. 7 brew needs to step their game back up. They used to be great and they haven’t even been in this town that long.
