  Sat in line for about 20-25 minutes total with 3 other vehicles total. Other employees who were off and going through the line grabbed the iPad from the guy taking the orders to put theirs in while we didn’t get to put ours in till getting up front. The girl handed us straws and we said we haven’t even ordered yet and she had no idea despite standing in line gossiping with everyone else that was there for the last good while. She apologized but still just horrible service for close to 30 minutes for a $10 drink when not even busy.

  Had a difficult situation with a drink. I attempted to call customer service but was hung up on 6 times, but when I went to the store Shayle immediately remedied me with a refund and a smile! Very pleasant experience despite having some issues with my drink. Amazing customer service and workers!

  First experience at 7 Brew Johnson City. Pulled into lane with two cars in front of us and two or three in other lane. Girl taking orders in our lane actually got into the car in front of us with her iPad, another girl came outside and leaned in to the driver’s window, and they chatted while at least four other cars were served on the other side. Probably took us extra ten minutes which is not that long unless you realize it’s because the employees are visiting with their friends with no regard for other customers who are waiting. Would not normally leave a bad review but noticed I’m not the only one this has happened to at this location.
