Wait 8 min then 2 cars pull into the open lane. Someone comes out and helps both those cars. Then another. That’s awful customer service.

- RBRylee BritthouerOct 30, 20251.0Let’s start off with the drinks are always amazing and there is a small few that have a bubbly personality in are very professional, but sadly the ones that are extremely negative and visibly showing that they talk poorly about their coworkers in front of customers just ruin the whole experience. This morning around 6:00 am there were 3 workers. Two inside and one outside, not only did you see the dirty looks but you also could tell they were not happy to be working with the one outside, mind you the one outside, is always professional and talking to the customer. the one with the blonde slick back ponytail with a braid in her hair this morning you could tell not only was she talking poorly about one of the workers while the worker was outside, but then when the worker went inside to go get the drinks that were made because they didn’t wanna bring them outside They were talking poorly about her then and then continue to talk badly about her when she came back out to hand me my drinks. I am very unimpressed.
