  I have NEVER had a good experience here! I love to try new places outside of the major chains so decided to stop here. They literally took HALF AN HOUR for a single iced coffee! Not exaggerating, I’ve attached photo proof from my Life360 app. I was trying to save time with drive thru but it was the worst and most disorganized drive thru I’ve ever been to. Oh yeah and at the end THREE different employees had no idea about my order. One girl gave me 2 large coffees belonging to someone else. I had to wait for them to remake my drink.

  The service used to be great, but ever since the 2nd location opened the service at the Okeechobee location has gone way down. Rude, barely greet you, don't let you know if you have a reward available and when you tell them to check they roll there eyes. Have been getting my orders wrong then when I tell them its wrong they have attitude. All the new people that were hired are so rude!

  The coffee at this café was excellent—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was equally outstanding, attentive and professional throughout the visit. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience that I would gladly recommend.
