  I’ve come to 7brew many times and haven’t had an issue, but today my sister ordered a small iced tea and got a cup of ice with a splash of iced tea. These photos were taken after two sips. Just wanted to post to remind people to order light-ice because apparently this is what you get when you order iced tea. Kind of disappointing.

  Rondell was absolutely amazing so kind & great customer service! I got a shake (white chocolate & cupcake) and my sons (banana) were also amazing! Wasn't in the drive thru long at all either. I will most definitely be back!

  I drank half of my iced mocha and bit on something crunchy. So I spit it out and to my surprise it was a hornet! I understand the doors are open and all the syrups attract wasps. But maybe they could find a way to prevent this from happening. I told my coworker, and the same thing happened to her!

  The drinks are amazing obviously! But I had an awful awful awful experience with this blonde young girl, she was so insanely rude, I’ve never had worst customer service from anyone in my entire life. She shouldn’t be working there or anywhere involving people.

  This was my first time trying Seven Brew and the experience and coffee were excellent! I went to the location off of Moreland in Brookfield, WI. I walked up to place my order, I was greeted immediately by a very kind barista. I wish I would have gotten her name. I ordered a caramel macchiato and she said it was on the house! At first I thought she was joking but she was serious! The coffee was not only free but it was really tasty! I will definitely be back, not just because of the free coffee. The service was prompt and friendly, coffee was tasty and it really says something about a company when they approach customer service and retention in the way that they did. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
